When is the Bluestone sales office open?

Our team of reservation consultants are ready to help with any query you may have, open from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and 10am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday.

 

Just call on 01834 862400 to speak with one of our sales consultants.

 

Are your lodges for sale?

No, we are a short break destination offering 3, 4 and 7 night stays starting on a Monday or a Friday, or one-night stays in our studio apartments. Over New Year, however, the check-in days do vary. Click here for information on New Year breaks.

 

Can we book a break that starts on a day other than Monday or Friday?

With the exception of the one-night stays in the studio apartments, or our ‘Revive, Relax, Rejuvenate’ spa breaks, our arrival days are Friday and Monday. If you wish to arrive on any other day, this is possible, but your stay would be charged as starting the preceding arrival day.

 

Can I bring my pet?

We are sorry but we have a no pets policy at Bluestone (except assistance dogs), however, we can give you details of some local boarding kennels should you wish to bring your dog.

 

What's included in the price? 

The price of a Bluestone break includes accommodation; unlimited entry to the Blue Lagoon water park; unlimited use of the Nautilus One fitness centre, and access to the Bluestone village.


The village features the Tafarn pub, three restaurants, a selection of shops, and The Well Spa – all of which are for the exclusive amenity of Bluestone guests. There is, however, a separate entry charge for The Well.

 

Can I choose which lodge I stay in?

All our lodges are allocated on arrival, unless a £35 preference fee is paid in advance.

 

What time can we check in?
You can arrive from 11am onwards on the day of your arrival and use all of the facilities that Bluestone has to offer. Access to your accommodation will be at 3.30pm. On your departure day check out is at 10am, however, you can stay onsite until 3pm using Bluestone's facilities.

 

How close is the nearest beach?

We are within approximately 10 miles of Tenby's beaches.

 

Do you have TVs in lodges?
All of our accommodation types have a TV, DVD and Freeview player.

 

Do you have internet and/or Wi-fi access on the site?
We have internet access on our PCs in the Landsker Sports Club. We also have Wi-Fi in the Sports Club, Wine Store, The Barn and Tafarn.

 

Do you have laundry facilities on site?

Our lodges do not have washing machines, and we do not have a laundrette on site. However, we are able to offer a laundry service with a 48hour turn around at an additional cost.

Can we bring our own bicycles?

You are more than welcome to bring your own bicycles, but please make sure they are kept secure, as Bluestone is not liable for any loss or theft of personal property.

 

Can we bring a put-me-up/blow up bed?

We have accommodation to suit couples, families or groups of up to eight people, so we have plenty of options to suit different groups without the need of an extra put-up bed.

 

Can we add an extra day to our stay?

Once you have arrived at Bluestone, it is sometimes possible to add an extra day to your stay. However, this is only available during quieter periods and cannot be booked prior to your arrival.

 

Can we bring a caravan?

No, we do not allow caravans or tents on site. However, if you are staying at Bluestone in our accommodation as part of a touring holiday, you are welcome to leave your touring caravan in the long-stay car park.

 

Who should I contact if I leave any property behind after staying at Bluestone?

Please call our administration line on 01834 869900. They will be able to deal with any reports of lost property.
