Island Odyssey
Sail off into one of the best seabird and seal experiences in
Southern Britain, a world dedicated to wildlife and a perfect day
out for anyone who will appreciate one of nature's most wonderful
spectacles.
Be a part of this exhilarating experience where you will see
Puffins (Pembrokeshire Penguins), Seals and much more. You will be
transferred from Bluestone to Lawrenny Quay, for an exciting 1 hour
boat trip, in a 12 seater high speed RIB boat, along the famous
Milford Haven estuary and into the open sea then on to the 640
acre Skomer Island.
Once you arrive at this spectacular Island you will have 4 hours
on the island to explore one of the
most important sites for wildlife in North West Europe and then
it’s back to Lawrenny and to Bluestone. Should the weather not be
on our side then guests will be transferred to Martins Haven where
the
boat will transfer guests to Skomer.
Bluestone will provide packed lunches to all on this excursion.
Skomer Island is the best Seabird
and wildlife colony in Britain and is an experience not to be
missed.
Duration: Full Day 9.30 – 5pm
Is this for me/my family? Perfect for the whole
family and small groups. Please note younger
children may be restricted as you must be over 4 foot (1.22 metre)
tall for health and safety purposes.
Maximum group size: 12 Persons
Departs: 9.30 from Bluestone then transferred
to Lawrenny for 1 hour boat ride.
Saturdays and Thursday 21st March - 31st October.
Prices: £65 per person. Including
transfers, island fees, packed lunch and services of
