There’ll be nature updates from Rob Parry from the Wildlife Trusts, who will tell you more about the local birds and beasts, and Martin and Phil might share a few gardening tips, while Terry gives us something to think about with his fascinating insights into local history. This morning our lovely spa team were presented with their certifications for ‘Bamboo Massage’ The unique treatment, which is only offered at a handful of salons and spas in the area, involves using heated sticks of bamboo in varying lengths and widths to massage the body for a relaxing and therapeutic experience.
