To make it fair for our guests we keep our price policy simple: Whatever you pay for your break, will be the lowest possible price available.

If, after you've made a booking, you do find a lower publicly available rate on a competing website we want to know.

Simply submit a Best Rate Guarantee Claim to us, and we will amend your reservation and refund the difference!
