- Entry into the competition grants a non exclusive perpetual license to Bluestone Resorts Limited to use the photography to promote Bluestone and /or Pembrokeshire in any medium including but not limited to online, newspaper and magazines, posters etc.
- You may only enter photographs into the competition that you have taken yourself and that you own the copyright to.
- You indemnify Bluestone Resorts Limited for any damages if Bluestone use the photography and copyright does not subsist with yourself.
- You may enter the competition as many times as you like provided each entry features a different photograph.
- The Winner agrees to have their details published.
- Actual free break date is subject to availability and if your first choice date is fully booked we will offer an alternative
