Senior Spa Therapist

To assist the Spa Management team in maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in all aspects of the operation within the Well Spa. To assist with monitoring Therapist performance and maintaining high Spa standards as set by Spa Management. You will be responsible for assisting the Spa Supervisor in carrying out daily checks to ensure these standards are kept. To ensure all treatments are carried out to the highest standards and targets are met. To maintain the five star level of cleanliness required. You will also be required to assist with Therapist training and development

Spa Therapists

If you have a beauty or complimentary qualification and looking to develop your skills, this would be an ideal opportunity for you.  Our therapists work towards a full training and development plan while working within the spa, helping to develop their skills and qualifications even further.

The hours of work will be as follows:-
Full time Therapists - The hours of work will be 37.5 per week over 7 days.
Flexible Therapists - The hours of work will need to be flexible to cover weekends/holidays (peak periods).

Assistant Facilities Manager

Supporting the Facilities Manager in all elements of the resort Technical and Environmental operations, the role will entail the delivery of a planned preventative maintenance schedule, organising essential repairs, overseeing a small team and managing external contractors.  You will have a sound understanding of health and safety compliance within this environment, together with budget management and experience in managing teams.

Facilities Coordinator (maternity cover)

You will provide administrative support and play a key role in the scheduling and allocation of the department’s workload to maximise efficiency of the service offered to the resort.  The ideal candidate will have excellent admin skills, sound working knowledge of Microsoft word and excel and be familiar with a range of computer programmes.  Good communication skills are key as well as the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.

Restaurant Manager

To manage the day to day operation of two of the Resorts busiest restaurants – one of which is pub style and one fine dining.  To ensure that the outlets are open on time, staffed correctly and operating in an efficient, profit focused manner whilst delivering exceptional levels of customer service.  Responsible for all operational aspects including staff rostering, budget management, health and safety. Maintenance Technician (minimum 16 hours per week)

To work under the direction of the Facilities Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to ensure that all machinery, plant, buildings and equipment are maintained in a safe, functional and efficient condition

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 year’s demonstrable experience in maintenance and repair in an industrial or commercial environment. 

Flexibility is also required to work to a shift pattern of 5 days out of 7 - weekends and evening included.
