Summer Free Break Offer

Terms and conditions

1. This offer applies to new bookings made for any 3, 4 or 7 night arriving between 16th July 2012 and 27th August 2012.
2. Each booking is entitled to one free off peak short break between 2nd November 2012 and 28th February 2013 (excluding arrival on any of the following dates 30/11/12 – 03/01/13, 8/2/13 – 21/2/13)
3. There are a limited number of each accommodation type on each of the dates, 30% of free breaks are for weekends and 70% of free breaks are for midweeks. (Please note Weekend Breaks are currently unavailable as of 6/8/2012.)
4. Breaks are allocated on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability, you will be given the same accommodation type as your paid booking.
5. If your first date is unavailable we will offer alternatives, if you are unable to accept any of the alternatives then you lose the right to a free break, no compensation will be paid in any such event
6. If you cancel your summer booking then you lose your entitlement to a free break and this will be cancelled as well.
7. Only paid bookings are entitled to a free break, any bookings that are at zero cost are not entitled to a free break.
8. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and applies to accommodation only.
9. The free break may not be sold / given away or transferred to any other party.
10. Your free break date once allocated is fixed and may not be moved under any circumstances, if you are unable to make the date and need to cancel then no compensation will be paid in such an event.
11. Bluestone’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion and participation in this promotion is only allowed if you agree to all the terms and conditions.
12. Bluestone reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions as required.
13. Bluestone reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time.
