On Arrival - FAQ's
What time can I arrive at Bluestone?
You can arrive from 11am onwards on the day of your arrival and use all of the facilities that Bluestone has to offer. Our arrivals lodge is open 24 hours a day, so don't worry if you can't arrive until the evening.
What happens when I arrive?
You’ll arrive at our arrivals lodge where our staff will check you in, give you your car security pass, card to your accommodation and a map.
What time will I be able to get into my villa, lodge or apartment?
Access to your accommodation will be at 4.30pm. On your departure day check out is at 10am, however, you can stay onsite until 3pm using Bluestone's facilities.
You may take your vehicle to your accommodation to unload it, but it must be returned to the long-stay car park immediately afterwards. In the interests of health and safety and general customer welfare we actively enforce this requirement.
What documentation do I need to bring before arriving.
1. Covering letters that detail your booking references and directions to the Park.
2. Booking confirmations for any pre-bookings (e.g. activities booked.) You may not receive these until your arrival but most should be found on your original booking(s).
3. If you have pre-booked a buggy, you must provide a full and valid UK driving licence and in date photo card, this must be made available on collection of your buggy.

Buggy Hire is located within our Bike Hire Centre, located near the main Car Park
What is included in my Bluestone Inclusive package?

Where can I pick up my packed lunch provided as part of my package on an arrival day?
If you have a packed lunch included as part of your package these are available for collection at lunchtime from the Wild Wood Café.
How do I get my free credit?
In order qualify for your free credit, you will need to take out Guest Ledger, which is a facility to charge to your room account. In order to set this up you will need to sign up to our terms and conditions and list authorised signatories to your account. At check in you will need to provide us with a credit or debit card which we will authorise to guarantee your account. Your free credit will also be applied to this account. What time is the barrier opened on a Monday/Friday morning?
We open the barrier on departure days at 5.00am to allow for guests who need to set off early.
I am going to do a large food shop tomorrow off site, can I take my car down to the lodge to unload?
We do have a car free policy here at Bluestone, therefore we respectfully request that you do not ask our staff for access to the resort after your arrival day as refusal often offends. If you wish to purchase food off site you will need to bring it with you on arrival, or carry it down on foot after the barrier has been closed. We do have an excellent range of food and drink available in Newton Stores our Village shop, you can also order food in advance online and it will be delivered to your accommodation prior to your arrival.
How will the restaurants know I am on the inclusive break?
All our restaurants are provided with a list of guests who are on inclusive breaks and what meals they are entitled to.
Are we able to check out early?
Please report to the main Arrivals Lodge/Security Office if you require a early departure
