Our five star treatment is abundant at Carreg Las where our chefs carefully prepare and cook only the best local and seasonal fresh ingredients wherever possible, bringing to life an exquisite menu.
Our chefs use local suppliers including butcher and fishmonger Eynon's of St Clears ltd, Hazlewell Organic Farm, Kerry Foods and many others to ensure they know exactly the origin of the produce, and can be assured of the quality.
Carreg Las is open Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 5pm - 10pm.
