Surfing
Pembrokeshire has some of the best surf beaches in the country, providing perfect conditions for surfing. Be guided through the early stages of learning to surf. Keep control of your surf board in and out of the water, catch your first wave and prone ride it back into the beach.
Zorbing
Rock & roll. Zorbing is the new thrill seeking experience.
Simply roll 100 metres down a hill in a big inflatable ball. One or two people are strapped into the ball in proper rally harnesses and pushed down a custom made run. Reach speeds of up to 30mph on this fantastically disorientating experience, and you can definitely expect to be slightly dizzy once you've clambered out and stopped laughing!
High Ropes

While technology has moved forward, those eager to step back in time should give archery a go. Armed with a bow and arrows, see how your skills measure against those of Twm Sion Catti, the Welsh Robin Hood.
Woodland Warrior
Woodland Warrior Laser Combat is like paintball but without the paint and without the pain. It fires lasers and all hits are recorded. The woodland arena is set at the top of Steep Ravine in a dedicated wooded area. There are hides, ditches, bivouacs, and of course yours and your opponents camp. Our own instructors will guide you through different games and challenges. Be prepared to get down and dirty with our mud.
Scuba Diving
Love swimming but fancy trying something new? How about scuba diving at the Blue Lagoon waterpark? Learn or develop your scuba diving skills with a two-hour session led by trained instructors who'll introduce you to the equipment, techniques and skills needed. You'll be taken through every stage of safety and an understanding of what can be achieved and enjoyed once your proficient at scuba diving as a result of the two-hour lesson held within the safe confines of the Blue Lagoon's very own pool.
