Carreg Las Restaurant
Carreg Las is Bluestone’s finest restaurant, located in the
village above The Tafarn.
Here we aim to provide an exceptional fine-dining experience,
using the best seasonal local produce like Atlantic sea bass, Welsh
black beef, rib-eye steaks, loin of organic Welsh lamb,
asparagus in filo parcels or Solva crab, complimented with a fine
wine or two.
