The Bakery
There is nothing like the smell of fresh bread. Nothing. And if
you, with your senses bewitched by the aroma of the beautiful
bloomer nestled in your shopping bag, can resist the urge to twist
a bit off for a sneaky appetiser, then you’re made of sterner stuff
than us.
It’s not just bread though. Look at those buns. And crumpets.
And custard slices. And muffins.
And doughnuts. Mmmm, doughnuts…
And besides, you’re on holiday. Indulge
yourself, safe in the knowledge the diet begins tomorrow.
Or possibly the day after.
