Fitness classes
For those of you that are health conscious, we have a range of
fitness classes in the sports club
to help get that heart going.
If you really want to prepare for that long coastal walk, then
aerobics, dancercise and maybe spinning would be best for you.
Perhaps you prefer casual walks on the beach and enjoy keeping a
reasonable level of fitness, then try our well-being class which
has a much gentler pace but is sure to get those stiff muscles
moving.
These classes are designed for people of all abilities so don’t
feel you have to be an expert.
Who knows, joining one of our classes could be the kick start to a
new you!
