Friday

  • Access to your accommodation from 4.30 pm

Typical Itinerary - Saturday

  • 10:00    Introduction to thetrilife.com and objectives for the weekend
  • 10:30    thetrilife.com presentation on training, tapering, nutrition and racing strategies
  • 12:15    orientation to transition and area and transition questions
  • 12:45    open water swim session
  • 14:30    Part 1 of the bike leg: Angle 40 Mile Loop – please note that this is the ‘less challenging’ part of the course

Typical Itinerary - Sunday 

  • 08.30     Part 2 of the bike leg: Saundersfoot 40 mile loop – please note that this is the challenging part of the course
  • 12.30 onwards – run off the bike on the run course – 5-6 miles only.  Following your run your group coach will address your remaining questions

  • Depart accommodation before 10.00
