Christmasland arrives at Bluestone

Bluestone National Park Resort in Pembrokeshire is getting into the festive spirit as it gears up to launch its flagship annual ‘Kingdom of the Elves’ Christmas experience.

Kingdom of the Elves (KOTE) will return to the 5* luxury resort for its seventh consecutive year, having been crafted to bring the spirit of Christmas to life as part of an interactive, magical adventure.

The family experience, which launches at the end of October, forms one part of the resort’s itinerary of entertainment throughout the festive season. This year’s KOTE challenge for families is to help Rescue Rudolph, the missing reindeer.

Children will be invited to help the Chief Scout, Elf, track down Rudolph in time to save Christmas. Along their journey, guests will meet cheeky elves who will take them on an adventure around a series of magical rooms, including the Barn Blizzard and Musical Mountain.

Guests will also be able to see Santa Claus when they book to visit Santa’s lodge, watch an Aladdin pantomime, watch the Flight of the Firefly evening light show and Snow Owl puppet show and visit the transformed Frost Lagoon waterpark.

Yvonne Buckingham, Head of Marketing for Bluestone said: “Although we've been running our Kingdom of the Elves Christmas experience for a number of years now, no two are ever the same. Each year we give the experience a fresh look and feel which makes the launch even more exciting for staff and guests and we can't wait to see the excitement on the faces of the children who take part.

“The experience is growing in popularity year on year and all of our visitors - even adults – enjoy the festivities. At Bluestone, the launch of Kingdom of the Elves officially marks the beginning of the festive season, and we can’t wait to welcome our guests from the end of October through to January.”

Kingdom of the Elves begins on October 31st, 2016, and runs until January 1st, 2017.
