Bluestone have enhanced their menu of activities to include Baby Sensory, a holistic programme that provides an exciting and stimulating development environment for babies and their parents. Baby Sensory founder Dr Lin Day has worked with babies and young children for over 30 years, and through continuous research, has selected activities that provide high quality learning experiences.
Bluestone national park resort has just enjoyed the privilege of becoming the first venue in Britain to ever host the Order of Malta’s International Holiday Camp. Around 560 people from 20 countries took over the whole of Bluestone for the week-long event, which caters for people aged 18 to 35 with varying levels of disability.
Television ‘Birdman’ Iolo Williams has helped get a new partnership between Bluestone and the Wildlife Trust of South and West Wales off to a flying start. The Trust and Bluestone have worked together in the past, but the partnership marks the start of a new chapter in which the Trust will be undertaking a range of projects aimed at helping deepen Bluestone guests’ understanding of the natural environment.
Bluestone is delighted to be sponsoring the showcase concert at this year’s Fishguard Folk Festival. Taking place between May 28th and 31st 2010, this year’s festival will be the eleventh time the seaport town has staged one of the UK’s best traditional music festivals.
