What’s on this Christmas at Bluestone

By Kathryn Slade Christmasland 2016

We love the festive season here at Bluestone if you haven’t already noticed! It is the 7th year that we have transformed our resort into Christmasland and we are as excited as ever to be wearing Christmas jumpers and singing Christmas tunes.

If you haven’t visited at this time of year before then you are in for a real treat. The cheeky elves are returning for another exciting Kingdom of the Elves at the Adventure Centre. This year they need your help to find Rudolph and rescue Christmas!

Last year we launched our first ever fun size Pantomime. Those who saw it had so much fun shouting he’s behind you that Aladdin will be venturing into the Village Hall with his show for 2016. If you go along to the show be sure to send us your picture using #BluestonePanto on social media.

As well as yourselves we will have some very special guests staying on the resort. Mr and Mrs Claus will be enjoying a break from the North Pole here at Bluestone. They have kindly agreed that their fellow holiday makers can call in and see them for a story from Santa himself. Mrs Claus will even show guests how to make her special Christmas chocolate treats!

There has been a bit of a chill in the air recently and then suddenly one morning the Blue Lagoon will magically transform in to Jack Frost’s Ice Palace. Be sure to brave the depths during your stay and master the frozen slides!

If that isn’t enough festive fun we are also introducing our Toy Chest breakfast show. Enjoy a cooked or continental breakfast buffet along with a pancake making station as you enjoy the story of the Christmas toys past, present and future.

We will also be telling the heart warming story of the Snow Owl through our shadow puppet show. Amazing photo opportunities, singing and dancing await!

There will also be a Christmas Party to remember packed with games, dancing and fun for the whole family.
