Now that we are safely into December it seems the perfect time to share the recipe for these tasty treats!

These little Christmas Puddings are easy to make, deliciously moreish and look super cute too. They are also perfect for little ones who like singing for figgy pudding but aren’t so keen on the taste.

Ingredients

  • 50g butter
  • 180g Mini Marshmallows
  • 100g Rice Krispies
  • 200g milk chocolate
  • 100g white chocolate  
  • Fondant Holly leaves for decoration

Method

1. Melt the butter and the chocolate in a saucepan.

2. Then stir in the marshmallows until they have melted.

3. Add the rice krispies a little at a time and mix together.

4. Then take of the heat and leave to cool.

5. Once cool to the touch mould the mixture into balls using your hands and place on a tray to chill for 15 minutes.

6. Melt the white chocolate and spoon it into a piping bag.

7. Decorate the tops of the pudding with the white chocolate and add a sprig of fondant holly to finish.

8. Be sure to keep them in the fridge until you need to serve them to avoid any melting accidents.
