We use Balinese massage techniques which includes gentle body strokes and marma pressure points to help reduce physical tension, and ease your mental and emotional symptoms such as stress, anxiety and insomnia. Our Holistic Haven will relax tight muscles, improving circulation and joint mobility.

Coastal Comfort

50 minutes

A powerful natural sea salt and oil scrub body wrap. This combines the detoxifying and nourishing effect of the purest seaweed gel with the stimulating and hydrating properties of the scrub. The treatment is designed to eliminate toxins, reduce cellulite, boost energy and improve skin tone.

Lady of the Lake

50 minutes

Unwind with our new seaweed bath experience, the only one of its kind in Wales. The gently hand harvested seaweed will detoxify your body whilst enriching it with over 85 minerals and vitamins, as well as its rich moisturising and anti-aging properties. After your soak you’ll enjoy a refreshing 25 minute facial so that you’ll leave the spa with an illuminating glow.

When you book a 50 minute treatment at our guest exclusive Well Spa you’ll also be invited to relax for 2 hours in our thermal suites. With saunas, steam rooms, an ice room, salt room, experience showers and an open-air hydrotherapy pool to enjoy, your body and mind will be in relaxation mode from the moment you arrive. We recommend that you make the most of this treat before your treatment so that the lotions and potions used will be able to work their magic for longer.

Near the east end of the ruined church at Bluestone, where the slope drops sharply away to form a large u-shaped depression, a spring of water bubbles out of the ground. From there, the water runs down through the culvert that passes the walls of the Tafarn and then into the Bluestone lake before hurrying on to join the brook flowing alongside the Nature Trail in Penglyn Woods. The stream, now much enlarged, continues on a downhill course until it meets the Eastern Cleddau near Blackpool Mill.
