The scrumptious menu will include homemade Bubble Waffles, Freakshakes, cakes, ice creams, Boozy Floats, iced tea, and pick and mix, with range of decadent flavours to choose from.

The concept of Shake and Bubble is thanks to a junior management training programme which has involved several members of Bluestone’s Food and Beverage team who work at various restaurants around the resort, being tasked with designing a concept and launching their own business from scratch.
“Part of the project training was to meet with key members of each department at Bluestone, in order to gain the knowledge to become budding entrepreneurs and launch a business concept. The project was called “Just Desserts”. The team have fine tuned their concept. This evening and for the next three days are launching “Shake and Bubble” – said Sarah Davies, Food & Beverage Duty Manager at Bluestone.

After months of hard work and planning, the team are ecstatic to finally bring Shake and Bubble to life and see what our guests think. This is what Project Manager - Nicola Smith– had to say: “The first task was to assign job roles. We had to come up with a pop up dessert restaurant to be opened in Ty Coffi. We were tasked with naming the project, designing the items for sale, sourcing the products, working out costing and gross profit margins, marketing the project and running it. We have been working on this since January and now the day has arrived!!!”
