New for 2020: Christmasland Chronicles

This year we'll be taking you on a brand new festive adventure across the resort as we celebrate what's really important - spending time with those you love.

The Christmasland Chronicles tells a new story of how a boy called Claus became the father of Christmas. Enjoy a range of complimentary activities and experiences during your stay and will help bring the magic of the season alive.

Presenting the Snow Globe

This year our magical outdoor adventure dome, Serendome will be turning into a giant Snow Globe.

Under Serendome's magical roof, you'll find our traditional Christmas Market and Christmas Fairground, where you'll be able to enjoy the warmth of the season.

Inside Your Christmasland Lodge

This year you can enjoy the spirit of Christmasland without leaving your accommodation. On arrival, you'll find The Christmasland Chronicles, our magical festive tale, and will be able to book our in lodge Gingerbread Craft Workshop. You'll also be able to wave to Santa, as he travels around the resort to collect your letters on his Elf Express, as part of our Polar Post.
