The guest pack is sent to you after check-in and provides you with all the information you'll require for your break, including when resort areas, food and drink outlets, and retail shops are open.
The Digital Welcome Pack
Our Digital Welcome Pack is sent via a text message once you have checked in and can be opened and used on all digital devices.
It contains up-to-date information for your stay including Covid-19 restrictions, any urgent information, and quick access to support, if you need it. The lead booker of each break will recieve their personalised Digital Welcome Pack, with directions to your individual accommodation.
