Bluestone Reopening: Questions
We know you'll have lots of questions about Bluestone's new "normal", so we've gathered together as many answers as we can.

Q: What facilities will be open during my break?
You can find all the information about what facilities are open on our dedicated reopening resort page, which has all the details.
Q: Is the Blue Lagoon be open?
A: The Blue Lagoon Water Park is open. Details about how to access the Blue Lagoon and all the information you will need such as opening times, will be available on the Digital Welcome Pack, which you will recieve on arrival.
Q: Is the Well Spa be open?
A: The Well Spa Retreat is currently closed until 2021. In January we hope to reopen for treatments and Spa Breaks once again.
Q: What is happening with the Adventure Centre?
The original Adventure Centre is no longer available as it has been closed to help the local Health Board as a field hospital. The site is currently hibernating and you can be assured that the area of the resort is appropriately sectioned off and does not impact on the wider resort, or your break at Bluestone.
Q: What activities will we be able to do on the resort?
A: Please visit Plan Your Stay to see all the activities available during your break.
Q: What happens if I fall ill before my break?
A: Please ensure that you and your party only visit Bluestone if you are feeling well. If you, or anyone else in your group, has any coronavirus symptoms in the lead-up to your break, please get in touch with the Reservations team. Our Coronavirus Booking Guarantee is in place to help in these circumstances.
Q: What should I do if one of my party begins feeling unwell during our stay?
A: If you have any concerns while you are on resort during your stay, you can contact our Guest Services Team via the phone number on your keycard.
Q: A localised lockdown is set to be introduced to the area where I, or one of our party, live, can I still come on my break?
A: If you live in an area where there is a localised lockdown, we similarly ask you to get in touch to discuss your break with a member of our friendly contact centre.
Q: Are you still providing Maid Services for additional cleaning during breaks?
A: Due to the high risk of staff entering guest lodges while in use, we are no longer offering additional lodge cleaning during breaks.
Q: Is the laundry service still available?
A: Due to the high risk to staff we will only be offering laundry services if it's an emergency. If you feel this applies during your break please contact Guest Services to discuss.
