The classic Aromatherapy massage is essential, professional, and specific, this invigorating treatment works by combining marma massage, lymphatic drainage, and traditional massage techniques. It is designed to detox and balances the body whilst removing any particular areas of tension and stress. Your therapist will adapt the pressure to suit your needs and a personalised consultation will ensure that you receive a unique treatment to suit your specific needs.
Your treatment will include a one-hour visit to the Thermal Suite. For the full spa experience, we recommend using this before your treatment to prepare the skin, muscles, and mind.

As part of your treatment, you are welcome to enjoy a refreshing herbal tea or coffee. We have both decaffeinated and caffeinated drinks as well as fruit water, and fruit. We also have Prosecco available to purchase, if you fancy some bubbles!
