Scarecrow Suggestion Competition T’s & C’s

(CLOSED)

1. The 2 individual winners of the competition will be chosen at random by Bluestone and will each receive a 3 night break at Bluestone for up to 4 people, arriving on Friday 16th September 2022.

2. Employees of Bluestone National Park Resort or their close family members are not permitted to enter the competition.

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. The closing date for entry is Thursday 30th June 2022. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

4. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

5. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.

6. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

7. The winners will be contacted via the email address provided by Friday 1st July 2022. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

8. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

10. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

11. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or any other social network.

12. By entering our competition you are giving your permission for Bluestone to share your photo on Bluestone National Park resort’s official Social Media pages for promotional purposes.

Bluestone Careers Studio Break Competition 

(CLOSED)

  1. The winner of the competition will be chosen at random and will receive the prize of a 2-night self-catering break arriving Friday 14th and Saturday 15th January 2022, staying in a Studio apartment that sleeps up to 2 people only. Plus, a £50 credit to spend in either Farmhouse Grill or Oak Tree. £50 credit to be spend on food only. Prize also includes entry into the Well Spa’s Thermal Suite on your chosen day/time and will be subject to availability.
  2. Employees of Bluestone National Park Resort or their close family members are not permitted to enter the competition.

Bluestone Guest Survey Competition

  1. The winner of the competition will be chosen at random and will receive the prize of a £100 M&S voucher. Entrants must complete a survey that will be used to gain insight into the perception of Bluestone as an employer.
  2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. The closing date for entry is midnight Sunday 14th November 2021. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  3. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
