On Resort

As a place that embraces the outdoors, we can confirm that the majority of our resort areas are open, with our beautiful 500-acres giving guests the space they need to enjoy themselves.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We will be asking all guests to maintain social distancing when they are on resort, as they would when outside it. In Wales this is 2 meters, and remains a regulatory requirement. To help, we’ll be putting up friendly reminders in the form of notice boards, floor markings and other indicators, to help.

For those on resort, Guest Services can offer you help or assistance on any areas you are unsure about. And all staff will be available to help you with any queries you may have.

Specific changes you need to be aware of ahead of arrival:

Land Train

Unfortunately the Land Train will not be running, due to guidance around public transport in Wales. But, don't worry! You can still easily get around resort by bike and buggies, which are available for hire.

Cash On Resort

NO cash will be accepted on resort during your stay. All transactions will be done via card payment and please be aware that there are no longer cash machines on the resort.

Day Guests

So we can monitor who is on resort, and ensure the safety of our staying guests, we will not be permitting day visitors to Bluestone from 24th July 2020.

Access to Resort

Guests will still be able to arrive on resort from 11am on arrival day and stay until 3pm on departure day. This, as with all our measures, will be monitored and may be subject to change.

Staying Safe During Your Break

It is easy to forget when you're on holiday, but safety measures and restrictions are still in place and will need to be adhered to when out and about in Pembrokeshire, as well as at Bluestone. Covid-19 regulations in Wales are different to other parts of the UK and Ireland and it is important to familiarise yourself with them before your visit.

For example, in Wales, the social distancing rule is 2m and we would ask you to adhere to this whenever possible. If you’re travelling from England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Ireland or any other country please check the measures and restrictions put in place by the Welsh Government before you arrive, to avoid any problems during your trip.
