Departure Guide

So long, farewell

We are sad to see you go, but even the best breaks have to come to an end! Check-out time is unchanged, and we will need you to vacate your lodge by 10am.

 

Check Out Help

When you are ready to leave your accommodation on check-out day, we will need your help with a few bits and pieces.

Take all rubbish from your accommodation and leave it in your nearest waste compound. Please refer to the Resort Map below, taking note of the green 'Recycling/Refuse Compound' symbols.

You'll find additional refuse bags ( Red, Blue & Black) in the cupboard under the sink.

Please leave all towels in the bath or shower.

Please Note: In order to avoid any inconvenience, kindly ensure that you depart by 10:00am to avoid any additional charges that may apply.

Leaving The Resort

The park barrier will open on a Monday and Friday from 5.00am, so you can pop down to your accommodation and pack up with ease.

We like to make it easy! On the day of your departure pack up your belongings and leave the accommodation by 10:00am. You can however stay on the resort until 3:00pm if you wish to continue to use the facilities.

When you come to exit the resort, from the car park, simply pop your key cards into the wooden box next to the exit barrier as you leave. 

It’s quick and easy, you don’t even have to get out of the car - perfect!
