The Well Spa has been delighted to be named the Best Spa for Sustainability at the Good Spa Guide Awards! This award is a testament to the excellent work the Well Spa team does in providing quality treatments for their guests, as well as the work the Well Spa and wider Bluestone teams do in creating experiences that protect, conserve, and celebrate the natural world. This comes after our resort was recognised with a King’s Award for Enterprise in Sustainable Development and further highlights our commitment to making a positive impact now, for our future generations.

Câr-y-Môr: Coastal Regeneration
One of the pillars of the Well Spa's sustainability efforts is our relationship with Câr-y-Môr. Câr-y-Môr is the first community-owned regenerative ocean farm in Wales, which supplies the seaweed used in our signature Seaweed Bath Experience. Being inspired by the sea and the coast, it's vital to us that we source materials in a way that promotes coastal improvement and conservation.

Sustainable Energy
The Well Spa is committed to using sustainably sourced energy. A significant amount of electricity is supplied by Bluestone’s onsite solar farm, and since May 2022, has met all its gas need with BioLPG. BioLPG is a plant-based alternative to standard propane, which emits almost no carbon when burned. Fuelling the Well Spa with sustainable energy means you can enjoy peace of mind, whilst we give you peace of body!
