The Well Spa Retreat:

• Mondays - CLOSED
• Tuesdays & Saturday - 8:45am - 7:30pm  
• Wednesdays, Thursdays & Sundays - 8:45am - 5:00pm
• Fridays- 10:00am - 6:00pm

The last Celtic Spa Thermal Experience will be 2 hours prior to closing

 

Serendome:

• Daily: 9:00am - 8:00pm 
• Monday: Closed 

 

Bike and Buggy Hire:

• Monday & Friday (Changeover Days): Open: 8:00am – 7:00pm. Bike & Buggy Collection: 2:00 pm – 7:00pm. Guest Services Available: 11:30am – 7:00pm

  Tuesday & Saturday: 9:00am – 4:45pm

  Wednesday: 10:00am – 5:00pm

  Thursday & Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm

 

The Hive:

Soft Play Daily: 8:30 am – 8:00 pm

Bouncy Castle Mon, Thu, Fri: 10:00am – 5:00pm. Tue, Wed, Sat, Sun: 10:00am – 7:00pm

Adrenaline (Token Activity – available at Hive Reception) Daily: 10:00am – 5:00pm. 

Power Hour: Monday 3rd November: 3pm - 4pm 

Power Tower & Power Jump (Token Activities – available at Hive Reception)

Daily: 10:00am – 5:00pm. (Closed 1pm-2pm) Power tower opening at 10:30am (04/11/25)

Glowzone Bowling (Each session lasts 45 minutes)

Sessions start every hour on the hour: From: 9:00am Until: 7:00pm

 

Blue Lagoon: 

There is no pre-booking required for our guests at the Blue Lagoon. However, during extremely busy periods we may have to implement the use of a band system, which will restrict swimming to two-hour time slots.

• Lockers: All lockers take trolley tokens or £1 coins. Tokens are sold at the Blue Lagoon reception. 
• Daily: 9:00am - 5:00pm 

 

Guest Services Team:

Information Station (Serendome): Daily: 9:00am – 5:00pm 

Booking Office (The Village):

Mon & Fri (Changeover Days) 9:00am – 8:00pm.

All Other Days: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

The Hive Reception: Daily: 8:30 am – 8:00 pm

Sunflower Hours:

Sunflower Hours are specially designed for individuals with hidden disabilities, providing a quieter, more relaxed environment. Everyone’s journey is different, and during Sunflower Hours, we’re here to make yours as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Look out for our Sunflower Symbol with staff across the resort – it’s your sign that extra support is available if required.

The Hive Soft Play:

No music, no bouncy castle & moving lights will be turned off.

• Daily: 8:30am - 10:00am 

Blue Lagoon:

Quieter swim with no music. Whistles will be used instead of sirens to signal the waves.

• Daily 4:00pm - 5:00pm 

The Serendome:

No music.

• Daily: 4.00pm - 5.00pm (except Thursday & Sunday's 9am - 10am)

Fuel the fun at the NRG Lab! Enjoy healthy fast food, delicious meals and snacks. The NRG Lab also shows all popular Sports Events on the large TV screens.

• Breakfast served: 9:00am - 11:30am (Thursday & Sunday: on The Hive Decking 9:30am - 11:30am)

Black Pool Mill:

Open Thursday to Sunday offering Breakfast, Lunch and Afternoon Teas. (Only Sunday lunch available on Sundays). 

Thursday, Friday, and Saturday:

• Lunch & Afternoon Tea: 12:00pm - 3:30pm
• Sunday Lunch: 12:00pm - 4:00pm

Serving simple, seasonal, locally sourced food in a beautifully restored 19th-century mill. Bookings and sample menus can be found on the Black Pool Mill website.
