Serendome:

Bike and Buggy Hire:

There is no pre-booking required for our guests at the Blue Lagoon. However, during extremely busy periods we may have to implement the use of a band system, which will restrict swimming to two-hour time slots.

- Lockers: All lockers take trolley tokens or £1 coins. Tokens are sold at the Blue Lagoon reception.

Sunflower Hours:

Sunflower Hours are specially designed for individuals with hidden disabilities, providing a quieter, more relaxed environment. Everyone’s journey is different, and during Sunflower Hours, we’re here to make yours as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Look out for our Sunflower Symbol with staff across the resort – it’s your sign that extra support is available if required.

 - The Hive Soft Play: Daily:

8:30am - 10:00am 

No music, no bouncy castle & moving lights will be turned off.

 

 - Blue Lagoon:

Mon, Tues, Weds, Fri, Sat: 4:00pm - 5:00pm 

Thurs, Sun: 9:00am - 10:00am 

Quieter swim with no music. Whistles will be used instead of sirens to signal the waves.

 

 - The Serendome:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Sunday: 10:00am - 11:00am (excluding Tuesday & Saturday)

No music.

Fuel the fun at the NRG Lab! Enjoy healthy fast food, delicious meals and snacks. The NRG Lab also shows all popular Sports Events on the large TV screens.

Black Pool Mill:

Serving simple, seasonal, locally sourced food in a beautifully restored 19th-century mill. Bookings and sample menus can be found on the Black Pool Mill website.
