Things to Know Before You Arrive

Our subtropical Blue Lagoon, is open daily from 9:00am to 5:00pm, with no pre-booking required for guests. Opening times may vary during peak season. Read on to find everything you need to know before your visit, including details about facilities, age/height restrictions and our supervision policy. 

*Please note: Water slides operate at limited times on Mondays (09:00pm – 1:00pm) & Fridays (1:00pm – 5:00pm). 

To help you decide when to swim, we've outlined our busiest and quietest periods: 

  • 9:00am - 10:00am - Medium / steady flowing queue
  • 10:00am -1:00pm - High capacity / busy / queues expected
  • 1:00pm - 4:00pm – Intermediate / queues expected
  • 4:00pm - close – Medium / steady flowing queue

Facilities and Accessibility

  • Changing Rooms & Showers: We have standard and family changing rooms, along with showers to rinse off before and after your swim, plus hairdryers for your convenience.

  • Lockers: Lockers are available to keep your belongings safe, and require a £1 coin or trolley token.

  • Accessible Facilities: We have 2 accessible changing rooms - one with a bed. A hoist is also available - guests must bring their own sling. 2 aqua chairs are also available on request at reception.

  • Food & Drink: While we don’t have a café, we sell soft drinks, ice cream, and crisps at reception, plus a water filling station. Food and drink are allowed poolside, but no glass bottles, containers, or alcohol are permitted. You can also visit The Wave, shop for swimwear, goggles, and accessories.
