What comes next?

Once you've applied, your application will be assessed and if you're successful you will be invited to attend an "Every Person Counts" assessment centre.  This is a group event that takes around 3 hours and gives you the opportunity to find out more about us and helps us to get to know more about you.  If you've never attended an event like this before, don't worry, they are fairly informal and our team will be sure to put you at ease.

If you're a good match for Bluestone and we are a good match for you, then you may be invited back for a follow up interview with the department manager, or you may simply be offered a position with us.
