This natural arch was formed over millions of years of coastal erosion, which eventually caused two caves to merge and create the iconic landmark we see today. Please note that accessing Stack Rocks and the Green Bridge of Wales requires driving through the Castlemartin Military Firing Range. This little chapel is built into a gap in the cliffs by a Hermit who encountered pirates on his way to Wales from Ireland, so that that legend would have it. Count the steps on the way down and on the way back up; you'll never reach the same number. To get to the chapel, you can start your walk from the Bosherton Lily Ponds, going via Broad Haven Beach and the coast path to arrive at the tiny chapel. Postcode: SA71 5DR
