Response to Welsh Government Announcement - Updated 14th July 2021

Following this afternoon’s update from the First Minister, we continue to follow the very latest guidance across the resort.

As we fully move to alert level one, we would strongly encourage all our guests to visit the Welsh Government website for further information relevant to their break, particularly over the next three weeks. This includes details on social distancing, mask-wearing, travel, overnight stays, and groups indoors here.

It remains our guests’ responsibility to comply with all relevant Government regulations both in their own locality, and those applicable in Wales. Please remember that the regulations from the Welsh Government apply to all breaks and while in Wales. Please click here for more information about the Welsh Government's guidance

We are also reviewing the details of the changes likely to come into effect from 7th August 2021 and considering what this means for the resort and our guests staying with us later in the summer. We will update you further as soon as possible.

If you have any queries about your break or your own individual circumstances, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our friendly team who are always happy to help.

We can’t wait to see you at Bluestone!

Keeping you Safe and Secure

As it has been for the last year, it is our guests’ responsibility to comply with all relevant Welsh Government regulations. The health, safety, and wellbeing of our guests and staff remain our utmost priority. We can’t wait to welcome you back to have a great break – and have a relaxed and fun holiday at Bluestone.

Welsh Government Advice

There are different rules in place within the United Kingdom, and at Bluestone, we are following measures set out by the Welsh Government (please read the Welsh Government's latest FAQs). If you're planning to visit or have a break booked with us we ask you to make yourself aware of the advice, guidance, and laws in place in Wales and to abide by them during your stay.

It is your responsibility to comply with these regulations, and if a Bluestone guest is known not to, then unfortunately they will be asked to leave the resort in order to help us to ensure the safety of our other guests and our team.

If restrictions prevent you from attending your break, please get in touch with our Reservation Team to discuss your options. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Feeling unwell/showing symptoms of Coronavirus and are self-isolating
  • Tested positive for Coronavirus and are self-isolating
  • Waiting for coronavirus test results and are self-isolating
  • Affected by lockdown restrictions
  • Restricted travel

If you break any of these restrictions you will be denied entry to the resort or will be asked to leave if discovered after your arrival.

Self-Isolating at Bluestone

Guests are not allowed to spend their allotted self-isolation at Bluestone. If you are self-isolating you will not be permitted entry to Bluestone, and we advise you to please contact our Reservations Team to discuss your options. If you attempt to come any way you will be denied entry to the resort or will be asked to leave if discovered after your arrival.

For more advice about self-isolation please see the national guidelines.
