From the moment you arrive on the resort, the Guest Services team is on hand to make your break run as smoothly as possible.

If you have any problems, queries, or just a question during your break then contact our team any hour of the day and they'll try to help.


Find Us

You will find our friendly teams in Serendome (Giftorium), Bike and Buggy Hire, and the Booking Office in the Village. They also welcome you onto the resort and check you in at the Arrivals Lodge.

They'll be ready to answer any questions you may have about your break.

Even if you don't, remember to say hi!


Get In Touch

If you’re in your lodge, or away from the resort areas and need to get in touch, you can find the Guest Services’ contact number on your keycard.

You can call this night or day with any issues or concerns you need assistance with.

They can also book you onto activities, make restaurant reservations, and advise you on any complimentary events happening during your visit.
