Arrival and Departure Guide
We want your arrival and departure day to be as easy as possible, so here's our guide on checking in and out of our resort! Remember to log into your booking before you arrive so that you can pre-register on behalf of each member of your party.
Checking In: Croeso i Bluestone
Your break is finally here! Free Range Fun and magical memories await. On your arrival day you can arrive at Bluestone from 11:00am and enjoy all our facilities.
If you have booked one of our Classic Lodges, Cottages or Studios please follow the relevant signage to All Other Arrivals.
For All Other Arrivals, you’ll be directed to our Arrivals Lodge, where our Arrivals Team will present your key card and provide you with access to our Digital Welcome Pack (with lots of exciting information about your break!). Once you are all checked in, proceed to our Long Stay car park and let the Free Range Fun begin! Watch our handy arrivals video here.

Enjoying your first day...
Resort
Guests are welcome to enjoy all resort facilities from 11am on arrival day. Please note, guests who leave the resort will need to re-join the queues to our car parks on return.

Entry to Your Accommodation
Depending on your selected accommodation, you will be able to access to your lodge after 3pm or 4:30pm.
Cars on Resort
Guest cars are not permitted on the resort, except for arrival/departure days. Any cars that you do see on the resort have either been given special permission or are staff vehicles.
All Other Arrivals
At your designated arrival time you will be able to access the resort from the car park. You will then have an hour window to drive to your assigned lodge and unpack your belongings. Once completed, your car should be returned to the car park until departure day. If you’re arriving a little later, the Arrivals Lodge is staffed 24-hours a day and a friendly face will always be there to check you in.
Picking up Your Buggy
You can collect your pre-booked golf buggy from Bike and Buggy Hire between 2-7pm on your arrival day. This is positioned next to the entrance barrier, close to the Long Stay car park - remember to bring your driving licence with you!
Departure Day
It's time to say goodbye after, what we hope, was a magical break. Here's everything you need to do before you head home.
Check Out Time
On the day of your departure, check-out time is strictly 10am (with the exception of the Gateholm lodge, which has a 12pm check out time). Late departures are currently unavailable, and charges may be incurred should you leave your accommodation after. You don't have to go home just yet, make your holiday last even longer, and stay on the resort until 3pm!o
Collecting Your Car
You can collect your car at any point in the morning before 10am and drive onto the resort to pack up your belongings. On the main resort, the barrier is permanently raised from 7am, but if you need to leave earlier simply drive up towards the barrier and security will lift it for you.
Golf Buggy Returns
Your golf buggy will need to be returned by 10:30am on your departure day. On this day, Bike and Buggy Hire opens from 8am, so there’s plenty of time to drop it off with our team before you leave. If you are leaving before 8am, please park the golf buggy in a safe position outside of the Bike and Buggy Hire building and away from the main road. If there are any problems, please contact the 24-hour security team at the Arrivals Lodge who will be happy to assist.
Returning Your Accommodation Key
When leaving the resort please drop your accommodation key in the box provided at the Arrivals Lodge exit barrier. Guests are welcome to leave their car in the car park after vacating your accommodation, to continue enjoying the facilities on the resort until 3pm.
