Merlin's Crest Arrival and Departure Guide

We want your arrival and departure day to be as easy as possible, so here's our guide on checking in and out of our resort! Remember to log into your booking before you arrive so that you can pre-register on behalf of each member of your party.

 

Checking In: Croeso i Bluestone

Your break is finally here! Free Range Fun and magical memories await. On your arrival day you can arrive at Bluestone from 11:00am and enjoy all our facilities.

If you have booked one of our Platinum Lodges, please follow the relevant signage to Merlin’s Crest Arrivals.

For Merlin’s Crest Arrivals, you will be directed to our private car park exclusively for guests staying in Merlin’s Crest. Please note, our Merlin's Crest car park uses Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) technology, so it’s important that the car you arrive in has the same registration as the one entered in your pre-registration details. Within the car park is our Merlin's Crest Welcome Lodge. Here, our Guest Services team will be on hand to welcome you to our resort. They will also present you with your accommodation key card and access to your Digital Welcome Pack (with lots of exciting information about your break!). Guests are welcome to enjoy all resort facilities from 11am on arrival day. Please note, guests who leave the resort will need to re-join the queues to our car parks on return.

Entry To Your Accommodation

Depending on your selected accommodation, you will be able to access to your lodge after 3pm or 4:30pm.

Cars on Resort

Guest cars are not permitted on the resort, except for arrival/departure days. Any cars that you do see on the resort have either been given special permission or are staff vehicles.

Merlin's Crest Arrival

At your designated check-in time (3pm or 4:30pm), please head to your allocated lodge and unload your belongings using your designated driveway. Then take your vehicle back to the private car park.

Picking Up Your Buggy

You will be able to collect your complimentary electric buggy from the Buggy Park located within the Merlin’s Crest car park from 2pm. Please ensure your Merlin's Crest buggy is only charged using the charging point at your lodge.

Departure Day

It's time to say goodbye after, what we hope, was a magical break. Here's everything you need to do before you head home.

Check out time

On the day of your departure, check-out time is strictly 10am. Late departures are currently unavailable, and charges may be incurred should you leave your accommodation after. You don't have to go home just yet, make your holiday last even longer, and stay on the resort until 3pm!

Collecting your car

You can collect your car at any point in the morning before 10am and drive to your accommodation to pack up your belongings.

Returning Your Merlin's Crest Buggy

Your golf buggy will need to be returned to the Merlin's Crest buggy park by 10:30am. If you require any assistance, our Welcome Lodge will be open from 8am. Alternatively, please contact our 24-hour security team at the All Other Arrivals Lodge who will be happy to assist.

Returning Your Accommodation Key

When leaving the resort please return your accommodation key to the Merlin’s Crest Welcome Lodge. All Guests are welcome to leave their car in the car park after vacating your accommodation, to continue enjoying the facilities on the resort until 3pm.
