Merlin's Crest Arrival and Departure Guide

We want your arrival and departure to be as straightforward as possible. Before travelling, log in to your booking and complete the pre-registration details for everyone in your party.

Checking In: Croeso i Bluestone

Your break is finally here! You can arrive at Bluestone from 11am and begin exploring the resort before your accommodation is ready.

Follow the signs for Merlin’s Crest Arrivals, where you’ll be directed to the private Merlin’s Crest car park.

The car park uses Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR), so please make sure the registration number entered during pre-registration matches the vehicle you arrive in.

Once parked, head to the Merlin’s Crest Welcome Lodge, where our Guest Services team will welcome you, provide your accommodation key card and help you access your Digital Welcome Pack.

Enjoying your first day

Resort

You’re welcome to explore the resort from 11am on your arrival day. If you leave the resort before checking in to your accommodation, please allow extra time when you return as you may need to rejoin the arrivals queue.

Entry To Your Accommodation

Your accommodation will be ready from either 3pm or 4:30pm, depending on your lodge type. Please check your booking confirmation for your allocated check-in time. Early check-in is not currently available for accommodation at Merlin’s Crest.

Cars on Resort

Guest vehicles are only permitted on the resort when unloading on arrival day and packing on departure day, unless special permission has been granted.

Unloading at Your Lodge

At your allocated check-in time, drive to your lodge and unload your belongings using its designated driveway. Once you have finished unloading, please return your vehicle to the private Merlin’s Crest car park.

Picking Up Your Buggy

Your complimentary electric buggy will be available to collect from the Merlin’s Crest Buggy Park from 2pm on your arrival day. Please only charge your buggy using the designated charging point at your lodge.

Departure Day

It’s time to head home after what we hope has been a magical break. Here’s everything you need to know before leaving your accommodation.

Check out time

Please vacate your accommodation by 10am on your departure day. Late check-outs are not currently available, and a charge may apply if your accommodation is not vacated by this time. You’re welcome to leave your vehicle in the car park and continue enjoying the resort until 3pm.

Collecting your car

You can collect your vehicle from the private car park on the morning of departure and drive to your lodge to pack your belongings. Please ensure your accommodation is vacated by 10am.

Returning Your Merlin's Crest Buggy

Please return your electric buggy to the Merlin’s Crest Buggy Park by 10:30am on your departure day. If you need assistance, the Merlin’s Crest Welcome Lodge is open from 8am. Outside these hours, please contact our 24-hour Security team at the main Arrivals Lodge.

Returning Your Accommodation Key

When leaving the resort, please return your accommodation key to the Merlin’s Crest Welcome Lodge.
