Stuart Jaynes joins Bluestone as Director of People Services
Bluestone National Park Resort has announced that Stuart Jaynes, formerly Senior HR Business Partner at YUM Brands, has been appointed as its new Director of People Services.
Stuart will join Bluestone’s Executive Team and take on responsibility for the People Services and Learning and Development team, with a focus on shaping the people strategy for the business.
This is an important and exciting appointment for Bluestone. With over 700 people employed across Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire people are truly at the heart of the organisation.
Speaking about Stuart’s appointment, Debbie Rainbow, Organisation Development Director said ‘This is a very exciting appointment for the business as we continue to work to maximise Bluestone’s potential, supporting long-term growth and employment opportunities.’
Stuart joins Bluestone from YUM Brands where he was working in one of the UK’s largest KFC Franchise Partners as the Senior HR Business Partner owning operations talent, learning and performance implementations, and driving the People agenda across a portfolio of 116 restaurants.
Stuart brings to Bluestone a wealth of commercial and people experience in both retail and hospitality having worked as Senior Leader at Marks and Spencer for over 13 years, latterly leading the opening of M&S Haverfordwest and the successful ongoing growth of M&S Parc Trostre, Llanelli.
