Our on-resort team are on hand to make sure your break runs as smoothly as possible. Guest Services can also book you onto activities, make restaurant reservations and advise you on any complimentary events happening during your visit.
You can find them at the Booking Office (Village), the Hive reception, in the Information Station (Serendome) and on change over days in Bike & Buggy Hire.

Useful to know: Our rural location can cause intermittent mobile signal for some guests. However, our Wi-Fi network supports Wi-Fi calling. Enabling this feature in your phone settings may help you stay connected with our team during your visit.

Housekeeping Requests
Housekeeping team 9:00am to 10:00pm: 01834 862141
- Linen/Towel Change (small charge may apply)
- Inventory
- Mini Maid service (1 hour sprucing of lodge). Please book this with Guest Services. Subject to availability.
- Basic and Full Maid Service (will need 24 hours notice, subject to availability). Prices depend on lodge type. Please refer to the link below for prices.
All maid services will be completed between 10:00am and 2:00pm.

Maintenance Requests
Thank you for requesting that the maintenance team visit your accommodation - we appreciate you making us aware of this matter.
- If you feel the issue can be dealt with after your stay, we will address the fault on your departure.
- If you require the attendance of one of our maintenance team in your accommodation during your stay, we can arrange a visit at a convenient time that suits you, whilst you enjoy the rest of the resort.
