We want to assure our guests we have taken all possible steps to ensure we've created a safe and secure space to enjoy a break, with those that are most important to you.
The safety of our guests and staff is the most important thing to us here at Bluestone, which is why we've created the Guest Charter to outline the commitment you can expect in all aspects of your break.
Your Accommodation
We can assure guests that cleanliness of our self-catering accommodation is of paramount importance and we take extra measures to ensure all areas of the lodges and cottages are thoroughly sanitised and cleaned for the use of guests.
All self-catering accommodation will undergo a deep clean in between uses, with a number of new measures introduced to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness.
These measures include, but are not restricted to:
- Additional replacement bin bags are provided.
- Additional dishwasher tablets – 1 per day of break.
- Additional pillows (provided in a bag) will all be hygiene sealed.
- On-resort laundry service, restricted to emergency only.

On Resort
Card Payments
Unfortunately we are a Cashless Resort, therefore we won't be accepting cash on resort during your stay. All transactions will be done via card payment.
Please be aware that because of this, there are no longer cash machines on the resort.
Day Visitor Guests
We are pleased to welcome more friends and family!
Guests can book their friends and family to come onsite for the day. Included in the day visitor pass. This entry will allow visitors to the Blue Lagoon, access to our fantastic onsite facilities, with the option to book onto activities and restaurant reservations too.
* One pass is required for each person aged 2 years and over and is valid for the day specified only.

Access to Resort
You can arrive on resort from 11am on arrival day and stay until 3pm on departure day.
Activities
There are a whole host of exciting activities available on resort.
Many of our activities have been reimagined and changed to fit within our new enhanced health and safety measures, without compromising on the Free Range Fun!
These are all available to book via Manage Your Booking with specific guidance on safety measures tailored to the activity detailed on the booking page.
Please Note:
We encourage all guests to pre-book activities before they arrive for their break. With limited numbers on each activity, we cannot guarantee you will be able to take part in all the activities you wish to.

Food and Drink
Eating out is a huge part of the Bluestone experience and we love giving our guests a chance to sample the best that Pembrokeshire has to offer.
In all food and drink outlets we implement the following measures:
- Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting protocols
- Card only transactions to be used in all outlets, we are now a cash-free resort.
