Coronavirus Booking Guarantee

The Coronavirus Booking Guarantee applies to all existing and new bookings for 2020. 

In the event of: 

1. Resort closure due to Coronavirus restrictions. 

2. You are unable to travel due to sickness and/or isolation due to the Coronavirus outbreak. 

3. Restrictions on travel due to the Coronavirus outbreak dictated by the UK, Welsh or Irish Governments.  

We guarantee at any point within the ‘Guarantee Window of Change’ (between 21 days and three days prior to arrival), you can: 

1. Transfer your holiday to new dates in 2020 or 2021, you will not be charged an amendment fee, simply emailing 

2. Request for your booking to be moved onto a voucher if you don’t know your new dates, where we will issue you with a voucher for the amount paid and apply your original booking payment against a future holiday, again free of charge. 

3. Cancel your booking and receive a full refund, we aim to process refunds within 45 days of your arrival date. 

 Terms and Conditions:

1. The ‘Guarantee Window of Change` allows any transfer or cancellation within the period of 21 days and three days prior to arrival. 

2. Should UK/Welsh Government advice significantly change in the three days prior to arrival, we will reactivate the Guarantee for you. 

3. All other booking terms and conditions remain unchanged. 

4. If you choose to amend your holiday to different dates, should your new holiday be cheaper than your existing booking, you can choose to use the difference as part payment for a future holiday or have it refunded. 

Should your new holiday be more expensive, you will need to pay the difference - but you will not need to pay this until the balance is due. 

5. If you choose to cancel your holiday, you can only do this by emailing We aim to review and process refunds within 45 days of your arrival date. 

6. The Coronavirus Guarantee is available until further notice. 

7. Can be used in conjunction with the lowest price guarantee. 

8. Voucher is valid for 12 months and must be used at Bluestone prior to 30th August 2021.

In addition to the Coronavirus Booking Guarantee guests rebooking or accepting a voucher will benefit from 20% added value to their rebooking.

2. Offer valid only for those with existing bookings between 29th May 2020 and 13th July 2020 who wish to move to a future date or receive a voucher. 

3. Value of the 20% is based on the original accommodation booking value. 

4. Value of voucher can be redeemed against accommodation, activities, entertainment, SPA, restaurant, bike and buggy. All must be prebooked before your arrival.

5. For clarity, any refunds will always be limited to payments received and will not include the added value element. If a rebooking is cancelled and not rebooked the added value element will be cancelled. 

6. The 20% added value is only available once. 

7. Offer may be withdrawn at any time. Voucher is valid for 12 months and must be used at Bluestone prior to 30th August 2021. Any increase in price when the voucher is redeemed will need to be paid 12 weeks prior to the new arrival date or in full if within 12 weeks.
