Well Spa Retreat at Bluestone named Best In Wales at Good Spa Guide 2014 Awards
Pembrokeshire’s Well Spa Retreat at Bluestone National Park Resort has been named the best spa in Wales by the UK Good Spa Guide.
The luxury spa retreat near Narberth in West Wales was announced the winner of the Reader’s Choice awards during a ceremony in London attended by senior representatives from spas from throughout the UK.
The award comes just a week after sporting and television stars attended the launch of the new 2015 retreat breaks at the spa which is based within the 500 acres of Bluestone countryside.
Swansea City Football Manager Gary Monk, former Olympic athlete Jamie Baulch, Bristol and Wales international rugby player Ryan Jones and professional footballer Lee Trundle helped launch the new 2015 spa holistic breaks, alongside BAFTA Cymru award-winning actress Sara Lloyd Gregory and television presenter Anna Ryder Richardson.
“Winning such a prestigious award is a great achievement by our fabulous spa team and positions The Well Spa as a real player amongst the top resort spas of the UK. Our spa is exclusive to resort guests and the facilities and vitality pool are only accessible by adults,” said Pamela Joseph, Commercial Director of Bluestone.
“We launched our new 2015 retreat packages last week at a VIP reception and the response was amazing.
“The reputation of our spa has been built up over the past six years in association with leading company ESPA and we continuously enhance the experience and treatments to ensure that our guests receive the best possible therapies while enjoying the spectacular natural environment we have at Bluestone.”
The new four-night spa retreat breaks will launch in January 2015. Each Retreat Break includes a personal consultation with one of the expertly trained aromatherapy therapists where they will ascertain the guest’s specific needs and advise on how they can get the very best out of their spa experience.
Following this, the therapist will devise and deliver bespoke and personal holistic treatments that are perfect for the individual. Whether they are looking to feel deeply relaxed, energized, or rejuvenated, therapists will select the ideal treatment to leave guests feeling ready to take on the New Year.
Yvonne Lavis, manager of The Well Spa Retreat, said: “Our new Retreat Breaks have been developed to provide the perfect restful haven where guests can re-charge their batteries and leave feeling de-stressed and refreshed. At The Well Spa we believe everyone should have a little me time”
The Retreat Break includes one-to-one sessions with Vini yoga therapist Bethan Walton who will create a personal program for each guest to balance mind, body, and soul and bring about a true sense of spiritual relaxation.
