Winter Carnival is a seasonal celebration taking place from 4 January to 18 March 2027, featuring family entertainment, live shows, a light trail, parades and more throughout the resort.

Guests booking a Winter Carnival break receive 3.5 hours of free activities and entertainment, including:

How do I book my Winter Carnival activities?
Your free Winter Carnival activities can be booked 24 hours after you've booked your stay. Additional paid experiences will also be available to book before your arrival.
Is Winter Carnival included in the cost of my break?
Yes. Guests booking a Winter Carnival break can enjoy the featured Winter Carnival activities at no extra cost as part of the offer.
Are there any extra Winter Carnival experiences I can add?

Is the Winter Carnival suitable for all ages?
Yes. Winter Carnival has been designed with families in mind, featuring interactive adventures, live entertainment, crafts, music and illuminated experiences that can be enjoyed by guests of all ages.
Where do the Winter Carnival events take place?
Winter Carnival activities take place across the resort, with many experiences centred around the Serendome, including the Glow Parade and Winter Carnival Light Trail.
Can I visit the Winter Carnival Light Trail more than once?
Yes. You can visit our Winter Light trail within the Serendome as many times as you'd like during your stay.
Do children eat free during Winter Carnival?
Yes. Selected Winter Carnival breaks include a Kids Eat Free offer covering breakfast, lunch and dinner for children. Terms and conditions apply, and the offer is not available during February Half Term.
What other activities are available during my stay?

Winter Carnival runs for a limited period from January to March 2027, and availability is subject to demand. Booking early gives you access to the widest choice of accommodation and break dates.
