You’ll get 3 of our most-loved Christmas activity sessions completely free! These include Santa’s Lodge, Elf School, and The Christmas Show sessions for all your party members.  

You'll receive an email to the email address you provided when booking (likely from 6 January 2026) which will outline when these activities are available to book.  

After you’ve received the email from us (likely from 6 January 2026) outlining that these sessions are now available to book, you’ll be able to book them online or over the phone (01834 862400 Mon-Sat 9am-4:30pm).  

This is a limited time flash offer and is subject to limited availability. Once these activity sessions have reached maximum capacity, the offer will end immediately. We reserve the right to close this offer at any time.  

This offer does not apply to any breaks under 3-nights, any 2025 Christmas breaks, or any 2026 Christmas breaks arriving from Friday 18 December 2026.  

For 2026 Christmas breaks (3-nights or more) arriving November 2 – December 14, yes! Keep an eye out on your inbox for an email from us (likely from 6 January 2026) with details on how to book your free Santa’s Lodge, Elf School, and Christmas Show sessions for all of your party members. For breaks arriving on either side of the above dates, no – your break is not eligible for the offer.  

All breaks longer than 3-nights, arriving from November the 2nd to December the 14th 2026 are eligible for free activities (subject to availability).
