The Christmasland Chronicles returns in 2021 with a brand new tale. Experience enchantment, love, and family as you enjoy our magical adventure during the most wonderful season of them all! As part of your break, you'll be able to enjoy festive activities and entertainment - some old and some new, but all filled with that festive spirit that makes this time of year so special.

From 1st November 2021 to 2nd January 2022 enjoy a world of festive delights.
Santa's Workshop
Join Santa Claus for a spectacular festive experience the whole family will enjoy at his magical Workshop. It’s Santa’s busiest time of the year, but he’ll still find time to spend quality time with his favourite people and will be opening the doors of his workshop for merriment and good cheer. This year’s experience will start with a toymaking session in the Creation Station before Santa entertains everyone with a magical Christmas story besides the fireplace. With jingle bells ringing, and good cheer filling the air – it’s the perfect place to get into the Christmas spirit with Father Christmas himself.
The Toy Factory
This year, you’ll find Santa’s workshop in The Hive! Our new centre for all things fun will be transformed into the Toy Factory for Christmasland. The Toy Factory is where the elves go to play, and after a fun day of making toys, they’ll be perfecting their elf-ing skills - climbing, adventuring, imagination-ing, and of course, spreading Christmas cheer. The Jolly Ginger Christmas Show
This Christmas take a front-row seat at The Jolly Ginger Christmas Show, our new Christmas production! We’ll be lighting up the Cloud Theatre with this original festive tale, set in Tinsel Town and following the story of a little girl called Noelle, who uses her Christmas wish to bring to life a very special friend. With songs, jokes, and a sprinkling of holiday cheer, you can look forward to festive family fun under the Snow Globe’s sparkling roof.
A Night to Remember
Your magical evening of entertainment will include exclusive use of the Snow Globe, with time before and after the performance to explore the Globe, feast on festive treats, and soak up the Christmas atmosphere. Find out more about this very special Christmasland evening!
Rudolph’s Breakfast Barn
Begin your day with an all-singing, all-dancing, Christmas experience as Rudolph and his reindeer friends throw open the doors of their merry musical barn for a very special festive morning! Enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet, while Dancer, Prancer, and co, entertain you with festive singing, dancing, and lots of cheer, and remember to sing along if you know the words. The Rudolph Breakfast Barn is perfect for little ones and a great way to get your Christmasland experience off to a cracking start!
Mother Christmas Gingerbread Workshop
Cosy up in your cottage or lodge, and enjoy making your very own gingerbread creation with Mother Christmas Gingerbread Workshop! Our favourite festive chef has opened up her very magical kitchen once again, to help you create a sweet treat - a gingerbread house. This delivered workshop is the perfect activity to enjoy with your family during your stay, and you don't even have to leave your lodge to do it.
Our Bluestone Elves will be busy with their Christmas delivery service and will be arriving on your doorstep with a song, dance, and of course, your workshop pack so you can create it in the comfort of your accommodation! Sure to be a family favourite after all, who doesn't like something messy, sweet, and fun at Christmas?
The Polar Postal
Father Christmas and his Postal Elves will be travelling around the resort every Wednesday and Saturday night to collect your Letters to Santa. Everyone will get a chance to personally deliver their letter, so have them signed and sealed in the special Christmasland envelopes that will be waiting for you in your lodge.
A Special Santa Moment!
The Polar Post is a great chance for everyone to say hello and give Santa a wave during their Christmas stay. A complimentary activity, that guests do not need to book, Santa Claus will be making his way along a set route around the resort every Saturday and Wednesday evening in his Polar Express. Information about the exact route and time will be available in your Digital Welcome Pack on arrival.
The 2021 Christmasland Journey
Christmasland is built on a belief in ELF - enchantment, love, and family. As you journey around the resort, you'll see this come to life in the magical areas around Bluestone. Each area reflects a particular quality and brings Christmas alive for everyone*.

Toymaker’s Trail
Begin your Christmasland journey in the depths of the ancient woodland, where Santa's favourite elves will be bringing the forest to life with the glow of the season. A brand-new journey is ready to light up the woodland, and this year you can enjoy the magic of Tinker & the Lost Toys. Along the illuminated trail, you’ll be treated to the world of the elves and enjoy interactive elements that engage the senses.
Tinker’s Toolshed
Tinker will be giving Ranger HQ a festive makeover to become this Christmas as it’s transformed into Tinker’s Toolshed. Here you’ll be able to eat mince pies and warm up with delicious hot drinks and a few festive tipples as you take a break from exploring the trail.
The Reindeer Village
Experience the warmth of a Bluestone Christmas as Rudolph and his reindeer friends bring a festive glow to the village. With twinkling lights brightening the Christmas evenings, it’s the ideal place to warm-up, and enjoy the sparkle with the ones that matter most.
The Rudolph Light Show
Wrap up warm, grab a signature Christmasland Hot Chocolate and cwtch together with your family in the heart of the village to witness the power of Rudolph's shiny red nose. Santa’s red-nosed reindeer will be bringing you a glistening new Christmas Light Show, that this year will tell the tale of Fawn’s Christmas Surprise. With your help it might shine brighter than any other day, lighting the village most magically!
The Light Show will take place every evening in the Village and is a complimentary activity.
The Snow Globe
Step into our giant Snow Globe this Christmas, as we transform Serendome into a glistening Winter Wonderland. Under our transparent roof, you'll be able to explore our festive village with all the traditional, Christmas trimmings. There may even be a snow flurry or two, to make the experience even more special.
The Elves will also be gathering in the Snow Globe every morning for the Christmas Countdown. With songs to mark another magical day in Christmasland, it’s the perfect activity to start the day with.
Snow Globe Market
Enjoy the sights and sounds of our traditional Welsh Christmas market offering trinkets, food, drink, and lots of good cheer. Underneath twinkling Christmas lights and decorations browse, enjoy the atmosphere, and indulge in something delicious.
