Or perhaps you'd like to explore the countryside around you on one of our nature walk or flex your creativity at a craft workshop? 

Whether you’re thrill seekers or looking for a more laid back break, there are activities for every member of the family on resort - over 100! You can enjoy activities suited to all ages at the Blue Lagoon Waterpark, Adventure Centre and Steep Ravine or laughs together at one of our family shows. 

Young Adventurers 

For families with little explorers why not try our Mini or Junior Adventurer Breaks? Including accommodation and entertainment shows, the breaks are ideal for those with little legs raring to enjoy every bit of their visit.

Family Activities 

The Blue Lagoon 

Our indoor, subtropical waterpark is open everyday of the year - even Christmas - so you'll never miss an opportunity for a splash. There's plenty to keep you entertained there too. With flumes, indoor and outdoor bubble pools, the lazy river and the wave pool - it's hard to find a dull moment at the Blue Lagoon and a great way to spend time together.  

For young families, our under-5s only area Nipper's Cove gives little ones a chance to get used to the water before taking on the large pool. 

The Adventure Centre 

The Adventure Centre is home to our craft and activity workshops, the Wildwood Cafe and our huge indoor play area. Perfect for children with endless energy to let loose in, the main hall boasts an array of adventure areas with climbing frames, rope ladders, ball pits and even a mini golf course to keep kids of all ages entertained. For slightly older children (6+) the indoor climbing walls and sky trail provide a more complex challenge. 

The Wildwood balcony provides a great place to watch the action while refuelling in between activities. 

Dining and Entertainment  

Whether it's an afternoon with the Woody Wilds characters or one of our legendary Dinner Shows - you you can enjoy all singing, all dancing entertainment during your break with our entertainment team - the Free Rangers. 

Their mission is to keep you entertained during your break and if you don't have a smile on your face, they'll find a way to make you smile! 

Seasonal Family Workshops  

If you're the crafty type - or you want to be - then try one of our three seasonal workshops and learn how to makes a range of different creations using traditional craft methods. You never know, you might uncover a hidden flair for willow weaving! 

Adults can accompany their children to the classes, or if they want to have a go themselves book their own place. Every season you get the chance to create something different, so whenever you visit there's something new to try! 

Historical Tours

Pembrokeshire has a long and rich history filled with chivalrous knights, battling kings, magical myths and even a patron saint and, you can find out more about this fascinating past during one of our historical tours.  

Ideal for all ages, it's hard to not let your imagination run wild during your walk across the resort where you'll learn about Bluestone's own very special history as well as the legends of West Wales.  

Evening Entertainment 

During every break the Knights Tafarn hosts a pub quiz and live music night and are a great way for families to spend their evening together in the fun atmosphere of the village pub and you never know - you might even win!

Bluestone Rangers 

Getting your kids out in the fresh air is easy at Bluestone thanks to our amazing Free Rangers. Providing tailored activities and adventures for children from three months to teenagers, the love of the outdoors is infectious and even the most cautious kids turn into woodland warriors on the excitement filled sessions. Learn to build a fire, forage for woodland treasures and even tame an owl on an adventure into the ancient forest. 

Split into three age groups, the Mini, Junior and Celtic Ranger groups help children explore nature, discover the wonders of the forest and learn new skills. Some activities are accompanied, while others let your child explore for themselves - meaning you can decide how involved you are in their adventure. 



Activity Weekends

Get away from the rat race by throwing yourself into an action-packed weekend in Pembrokeshire. At the Steep Ravine you can transform into a Woodland Warrior, take on the High Ropes obstacle course or climb above the branches on a Tree Climbing adventure.  

Or, if you don’t mind getting wet why not enjoy a challenge out on the water? With kayaking, raft building, coracle racing or paddleboarding available on the lake and with expert instructors to guide you – you’ll be a master in no time.

The Pembrokeshire Playground  

Enjoy a break at Bluestone and you have the whole of the Pembrokeshire National Park to play in! With three sides of spectacular coastline, award-winning beaches and adrenaline pumping activities to satisfy even the biggest thrill seekers - there's almost too much to choose from. 

Head For The Coast 

Learn to surf at one of Pembrokeshire's incredible golden beaches, try kayaking and discover the magical Cleddau waterway or take a sailing class and find out if you have what it takes to earn your sea legs. For the most exciting and best way to see the untouched landscape, book a coasteering session - you won't regret it! Plunge off rocks, scale cliff faces and dive into water as your group takes on the unforgiving coast. Or take to the water at speed with a power boating session. 

Get Your Boots Dirty  

There's just as much to see on dry land. Get your boots dirty on a hike along the coast path, or try rock climbing in spectacular settings. If country pursuits are your love - you can enjoy horse riding, paint balling, falconry, quad biking, mountain biking, fishing, power gliding and golf all within a short distance of the resort.
