19th April 2019

The fun will kick off on Friday evening when The Knights of Arkley our heroes of the Myths and Legends will entertain guests on the Tournament Field.

Kids of all ages will get a chance to get up close with the Bluestone knights at the Knight School, where they will pass on their legendary skills. 

Get ready for battle with a lesson in the basics of sword fighting and see if you have what it takes to grow-up to be a hero on horseback.

6:00pm Jousting Tournament

Straight after the Knight School, our heroes will showcase their own talents! 

There will be sword fighting, hand-to-hand combat, jousting with lances and a few surprised only the truest Knight could perform, leaving the audience in awe! 

Not that they'll get away with just watching, our Knights will be getting some from the crowd onto the field to be involved in the fun.

Easter Takeover

22nd April 2019

We love Easter and there's no better place to spend it than Bluestone. 

As well as our usual array of activities, there will be special seasonal activities, pop-up events and egg-cellent surprises to enjoy.

6:30pm Easter Parade & Festival

Starting at the Adventure Centre

Our usual Myths and Legends parade will be taken over for the day by the Easter celebrations.

Bring along the creations made at our family workshop to show off during the extra-special parade, that will take place after the Black Bart Dinner Show.

Follow Black Bart down to the village where the fun will continue at the Easter Festival with live music, songs and games.

What Will You Try On Your Easter Break? 

 ...Free Range Fun

We believe in Free Range fun at Bluestone, which means whether you're six, sixteen or sixty - there's something for kids of all ages to enjoy! It's completely down to you how you spend your holiday, so if it's walks on the beach or archery on the Tournament Field, we let you have the freedom to decide.

During the school holidays we make it easier for families to fit everything in, with extra sessions and extended opening times for the Blue Lagoon waterpark meaning you can swim, splash and whirl down the flumes for 12 hours a day, from 9am to 9pm

....Join In The Big Easter Treasure Hunt

Get ready for an egg-traordinary adventure this Easter as the great Treasure Hunt returns. Under 5's can join Bunny Bluebell for her Garden Games, while over 5s can try their hand at the big Round Up Easter Treasure Hunt, which will take teams all over the resort in their hunt for their prize.

Learn traditional craft techniques at our special family workshops, where you can learn to decorate your own chocolate mould or create a special bunny garden.

That's not all you can look forward to during the Easter Holidays..

Easter takes over from April 19th to 22nd as we celebrate the bank holiday weekend.

With traditional celebrations in the village, pop-up entertainment and games plus a few surprises it's going to be an Easter to remember.

The fun begins on Good Friday, when the Knights of Arkley will be hosting Myths and Legends fun on the Tournament Field with the Knight School and pit themselves against one another in the evening tournament.

For the rest of the Easter Breaks, you can welcome the Knights of Arkley on Thursdays and Sundays! 

Learn what it takes to become a real Knight of Bluestone at our Knights school and watch the heroes in action as they clash on the Tournament Field. 

It's a sight not to be missed!

Myths and Legends

From March 29 - June 2nd 2019 the exciting Myths and Legends Festival will celebrate Pembrokeshire's most legendary heroes and captivating tales. Travel back to Medieval times with the Knights of Arkley, meet the fierce pirate of the Golden Age - Black Bart and learn about the mystic Celts that roamed the Bluestone hills on our Legends Trail.

For those looking to use Bluestone as a base to explore the National Park - you really couldn't have picked a better spot. Ideally located in the heart of the beautiful county there are award winning beaches within a 20-minute drive, iconic towns Tenby and St Davids and the beauty of the 186-mile coastline to enjoy during your visit. Discover horrible histories at ancient Castles and the neolithic monuments in the north of the county.
